Joey really go home and went into rehab after the show the real world?

I was wondering if Joey was actaully Real World Hollywood rehabilitation, when he came home in the series, I thought he said he returned home and was in rehab for a year. I ask bc I went to the party was Pepsi and he was there tonight, had his picture, or program was shot a while ago?

In the preview for next week shows all roommates kissing Joey, including Brianna (not arrived to say goodbye before leaving). It reminds me of his return, if only for a visit to the update. The show was filmed a while so that may have gone to rehab after his visit, right: guess. I did a little research and discovered that the shooting began in the fall of 2007. long time between filming and air time lol.
