Tips maltracking ball?

My ball does not stay that way … orthopedist said he felt out of my knee on the side then jump Back when I was sitting on the edge of the table flexion and knee extension. I underwent knee surgery eight months ago that I would address this risk (median and side exit). I had great difficulty recovering esp. pain. I also had a lot of muscle mass loss, despite my intense rehabilitation. Go to the gym, treadmill, stationary bike, and use of STIM in my VMO. The recovery remains slow. The surgeon, who was not what did my surgery, but it was my second opinion, said he worries had more curl to keep the firing line. In addition to strengthening what else I can do? Do you think I need another surgery? Find out how to fight pain ball? Thanks:)

I would like to see another specialist in occupational medicine Sport for a second opinion. Normally, a second surgery is not necessary unless the initial surgery was sufficient to correct the alignment and maltracking question. A second opinion is never wrong and that would be good to have a copy of everything you bring with you for x-rays if you see another specialist. Looking for an orthopedic surgeon specializing sports medicine high in your area. The Connolly Castle good site to find the best specialists call. Good luck.
