University of Pennsylvania, notification can be found online early decision?

I have a myPen Applicant Portal. Am I warned why? How I can know if I am accepted / deferred / rejected? Penn said the site was reported online on 13 December and 15 December mail. Is until 13 December? Thanks!

Many people have asked, to be published this Friday, December 12 at 3:00 pm Eastern. Not show myPen in the portal, however. Usually sent to all e-mail to the site you are supposed to see but have not sent anything!
