There is a problem massive obesity among poor people educated in the United Kingdom at this time. Despite the millions spent on advertising in health awareness and intervention, farmers still are killing themselves with food, alcohol and drug treatment. The government spends billions have funded these Numpties who refuse to help themselves and their children through financial incentives and benefits to remain sluggish. It's a good thing because we are human and can not see people dying on the street. But according natural law of these people die. Who are we going against nature? and we can not only bad genes to infect the gene pool more Homo sapiens? I'm talking purely hyperthetically course here I am in favor of letting the idiots die on the road, but how can we help the world by financing the reproduction irresponsible?

Perhaps kill is not a good solution, but what if you have provided nearly enough resources to live and work done to get everything what they need. Also gradually reduce the amount of money they receive over time to ensure that they receive enough to live, and motivation to get up and do something.
