Help facilitate the withdrawal of alcohol?

healthy food to eat, what to drink, if there is a table more than medicine. I am absolutley horrible and I can not sleep at all. Please help.

No food or drink to relieve withdrawal symptoms. You poisoned your body and spirit, leaving the causes of these symptoms. There are medications that may be prescribed, but should be seen by your doctor. You may want to look at AA as well, so it is not necessary to go through this again.
