What can I do for an injured dove?
I have no way of getting it to the local animal rehabilitation center, which happens to be a half-hour away, and I need to know what I can to at home to help it. Someone shot it with some sort of bee-bee gun (or however you say it) in a field behind my house (while my little brother and sister and their friends were playing out there!!) and it has a small injury to it’s head, it looks like it’s been grazed. I think it hurt it’s spine and cant move, but it’s still alive and watches us and blinks. we have it in a box right now. I need help!!!
That bird is going to die. Just do the best for it!
