welcome alcoholics and addicts?
I was a non-practicing Alci of 1 1 / 2 years.I spent 30 days in rehab in Rockford fi. That lived a diverse mix of Alci's & addicts and I have been both AA and NA meetings.they seem to be essentially the protocol and the drafting same.The in the literature are somewhat different, but the same messages that are there. I have not noticed that many NA meetings, a much younger crowd. So I guess my question is: Why so much? The results are the same, the cure is the same, the units are different? THX Tazman
They are not the same. First, how many people viewing a 20-year NA clean? You'll see a lot more than AA. There is a reason, and the people who go to the NA will give you many "reasons" – if you think it's really simplified BS – because so many people in AA who were addicted to drugs and drug addicts together. But they manage to stay …… hmm …. clean something just for ya to think. I hate that we are better because the end result is the person you love to live. Be well – Peace
