can legally take my father to go to rehab?
im 20 my father is 40 years old, he started using about a week before my mother was pregnant with me, and has been ever since. I tried talking to him, but nothing works, he had only taken to hospital for a crisis. than I was looking for 10 minutes after our return. someone told me there is somthing that can get as blood Relay 3 to sign and do so in the rehabilitation or shall be imprisoned, I live in Preble County, Ohio Does anyone know if thats true?
can not force someone to do something you arent willing to do. unless some type of care you thing happened because of their use, may be able to obtain a court order him to go to rehab, but thats a very small forces. Overall, you can not … sorry
