Help for herniated discs causing bad muscle cramping?
I have had herniated discs in my neck for years from an old football injury. Recently, however, it has caused my right triceps/biceps and right pectoral to “lock up” or cramp painfully if they are flexed. I have also noticed muscle deterioration in both the bicep/tricep and pectoral. I have had a muscle innervation test and there is no apparent nerve damage.
I know it is not dehydration due to the fact that I get no cramps in any other part of my body.
Anyone who could help me rehab/get answers to improve or eliminate the cramping would be greatly appreciated!
