Would you consider playing everyday poker gambling?
Haha … so my roommates would be. But when I am cashing $ 600 checks Poker Stars and are always looking at his stupid X-box from scratch with his addiction to guitar hero 3 in the morning ….. Am point and laugh. Let's be honest here. The game is a unit of activity. Well that poker is a high level of competition, and many if there are more slots, roulette, craps, etc … If the game is even. But this is not someone who often plays a drug addict. I can play every day, but time strecthes time I pass by where I do not game for one or two weeks and I'm fine. When I'm not playing, I am not too loose for that, but I think So I play because I like and enjoy pushing myself to be a player better. The money is good … and I confess that I'm bored playing small buy-in toruneys, but I think as with any hobby, activity, habit … cross line in addiction fades when you lose control, or begins to affect their well-being or life of others. My roommates laugh at me because I play all time, but do not want to stop playing and go for a drink. The more I set limits, and when it hit me … I stop now. I'm still working my leave 9-5 and space for other things. Some people go to the gym every day … Poker game every day. It does not mean you can not stop. It is all the difference.
