
Addiction Help, please!?
He wanted advice, I had a baby 5 months ago by what I do have a little stress. I'm losing my baby weight so when I visit our local gym. For some reason, I believe that eating too many calories, because I have this addiction to sweet. Every morning, I need a donut, a Dane or a cinnamon roll, so I do not feel poor … I do not feel complete or satisfactory. I think it's all in my head .. The problem is I can not stop. I eat baked goods before bed and not in the morning, afternoon soo much! Sooooooooo how can I turn this strange addiction?
I had the same problem with the chocolate. You just tell your car you can take a picnic. It would be much better if it was a very low calorie snack a donut.
