Is it possible for the technical institute to give different kinds of certificates to students every year?

1)The institute isnot having minimum needs for the students to get survive.
2) It is not having proper acadamic syllabus.
3) With different names the institution is releasing the certificates every year.
4) It is not having any state government recognisation or other type of educational recognisations.

It sounds as if you are in the wrong institute./ Go to a different one that is accredited.
